Come as you are

Therapy for all bodies

I want you to feel welcome and at ease. Your session can be clothed (Craniosacral Therapy sessions generally are), and I have a variety of options for positioning on the table or off to help if lying face down or on your back is not comfortable. My table can accommodate larger bodies, and I have bolsters and pillows we can use for support. We’ll have some time at the beginning of the session to check in and make a game plan together for the session, and I’ll be paying attention as we work to adjust communication, positioning, pressure and techniques as needed. My Queen Anne office is ADA accessible. My work is also trauma informed, with a focus on supporting emotional integration and the ability to connect to the body as a resource.

Sliding Scale options

I want care to be more accessible for those who need it, but find it financially challenging. I offer sliding scale rates for prenatal and postpartum care, craniosacral centering sessions and craniosacral sessions with infants.

Community care

I like to help clients find the care and support they need, be it massage or other related healthcare. You can find a referral list here

I frequently participate in a monthly, low cost/no cost teaching clinic for infants and kids. You can learn more about that here.

In my own practice, I do not expect tips these days and set my prices accordingly, but if you’d like to support low cost/sliding scale Craniosacral Therapy for infants and kids and prenatal and postpartum care for adults, you can make donations here.
